Shipping Time

• Deliveries within Istanbul: 1-3 business days

• Deliveries throughout Türkiye: 3-5 business days

• Delays may occur depending on the workload of the courier company or the delivery address.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping is free on all products.

• Milana Home is free to apply the shipping fee. In this case, it will make the necessary additional explanations and warnings to its customers on the products in the Store.

Cargo Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS.

• You can track the status of your cargo via the specified cargo company's website.
